GearBest Ok?

I have been playing with a couple of nano size quadcopter.

So I decided to move up to a little something large.  I ordered a SYMA X5HW on Dec. 4th from GearBest.  They said 7-12 days.  I figured it would be here before Christmas.  I have sent a couple of enquiries and the respond with don't worry it's on it's way.

Has anyone has trouble with this company before and how long does it take.  I think it was shipped out of China.

I've never used that company but I believe it is international based if you look at their support and about us page http://www.gearbest.com/about/about-us.html

Did they give you a tracking number?

They gave me a tracking number and all it shows is that it has been shipped.

I have contacted them twice and they said their info shows it shipped and I should be receiving it.

I received an email after my second enquiry on the 16th of this month asking if I would wait 7 to 10 additional business days.

I will comply.

I hope it makes it by Christmas.
