At least for the first batches, the lizard 105S suffered from some (minors) problems. One of them was the Jello effect due to the free gap inside the metal camera housing. Now it’s fixed from the last batch. A new camera & DVR update is now also available improving the general brightness sensitivity relatively poor for the first machines. You can find here: L105S_CAMERA_V1.1

Just insert the .bin in the root folder of your microSD card. Don’t rename the file…. power the machine. The blue DVR light should be solid. When the light is off, the flashing is done. Disconnect the battery and extract the microSD card. Eventually delete the .bin file if still present.
